Reborn donates soap to over 60 families

This week, Reborn provided Bishop Geoffrey with enough soap to distribute to over 60 families in the Mogotio slum in Nakuru, Kenya. Many of these families were victims of eviction from their homes due to tribal clashes and because of that, are in desperate need of resources.

Reborn is helping break the chain of poverty by not only giving these families supplies, but by giving them funds for their children to attend primary school and well as pursue higher education at Universities or Trade Schools.

Reborn has created water purification systems to help provide clean drinking water.

Reborn is also helping those with the entrepreneurial spirit by helping these people start farms to grow food and manage livestock, chicken coops to sell eggs and chicken meat, and various other types of businesses. These businesses not only employ people but generates a profit that goes directly back to the business for them to grow and expand. Reborn's goal is to empower these people, not just a put a bandage on the problem. As the saying goes, "Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime."

Reborn hopes you will join in and help the orphans, the widows, and the families in extreme poverty. Even a donation as low as a dollar can make an impact! $1 feeds 10 children a cup of porridge in school. This may be the only meal they receive that day! Reborn also collects used working laptops and builds computer labs in schools, thus connecting them to the world.

PLEASE DONATE and continue to follow our success as we all work together to change peoples lives.

May God richly bless you for any support you can give.
